Safe Harbor Clinical Associates offers therapy and counseling services. Appointments may be scheduled and paid for through our online payment system. All services are subject to availability.

2. Payment & Billing

• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods approved by our payment processor.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Any discrepancies may result in a delay or cancellation of your appointment.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds for prepaid services will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy (see below).
