At Safe Harbor Clinical Associates, we strive to provide high-quality therapy services. Below are our policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

2. Package & Prepaid Service Refunds

• Refunds for unused prepaid sessions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
• Partial refunds may be issued for remaining sessions in a package, minus any applicable administrative fees.

3. Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us.
